Job Description

• Possess good understanding of the various types of coffee and tea ranges
• Prepare and serve drinks consistently in accordance with SOP
• Provide timely and friendly café service, upsell, while maintaining product presentation standards and overall cleanliness​
• Adhere to all food hygiene standards and procedures
• Train new baristas
• Peform any other duties as and when required and assigned by immediate supervisors and ensure guest needs are met all the time

Requirement

• Service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Have communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant, personable, eager to learn and friendly
• Passion to work in F&B industry
• Has at least 2 years of experience in coffee art and ice drip coffee
• Possesses good work ethics
• Salary range will be based on relevant experience
• Possessed a strong sense of initiative
